FlashPro

FlashPro Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 August 2026. Short version: your data stays in New Zealand, on our own hardware, in a database that belongs to your business alone. We don't sell it.

Who we are

TS Roofing Services (sole trader), NZBN 9429044639372, GST 065-020-459, Aotearoa New Zealand. We're the agency responsible for your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Where it lives

Your data is stored in New Zealand on hardware we own and run ourselves — not on a third-party overseas cloud. Every subscribing business has its own separate database; your records are not stored alongside another business's records.

How we use it

Only to run FlashPro for you: to show you your jobs, sync your devices, produce your PDFs, take your subscription payment, and email you about your account. That's it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your jobs, drawings or photos to train AI models.

Who else touches it

These providers process data on our instructions only. No one else gets access.

How long we keep it

For as long as your workspace is active. After you cancel we keep your data for at least 60 days so you can change your mind or export it, then it is deleted. Backups roll over on a 30-day cycle.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask for a full export of your workspace data in a usable format. Email [email protected] — we'll respond within 10 working days and we don't charge for it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted end to end. Passwords are hashed. Administrative access is protected by a second factor. Databases are backed up daily. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, as the Privacy Act requires.

Cookies

The FlashPro app stores a sign-in token in your browser so you stay logged in. That's it — we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Complaints

Email us first at [email protected]. If you're not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
